Sistem layana surat keterangan bebas pustaka (SKBP) merupakan salah satu layanan administrasi yang terapat pada perpustakaan Universitas Lampung. ini di bangun berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode kanban dan framework laravel. Kanban adalah manajemen kerja digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan aliran tugas. Dikembangkan dari prinsip manufaktur hanya-saat-dibutuhkan, visualisasi dalam bentuk papan membantu tim merencanakan, mengatur mengevaluasi pekerjaan mereka. Terdapat tiga dasar ini. Pertama visualize work (visualisasi pekerjaan) menggambarkan alur mengamati memeriksa awal hingga akhir. Kedua, limit in progress (batasi sedang berjalan) menentukan batas setiap ada board disebut WIP (work progress). Tujuan mengurangi pemborosan fokus menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Ketiga, focus on flow of (fokus kerja) mengarahkan kendala akan terjadi menindak lanjutinya, sehingga proyek dapat berjalan tetap. terintegrasi API notofikasi whatsaapp email SMTP menghubungkannya sistem.
